“We can’t stay without work”: Ludovica Tuzzoli (Large Families) announces her husband’s career change after a difficult period

After earning their hairdressing certificates, Ludovica and Grégory Tuzzoli, the star couple from the show Familles grandes: la vie en XXL, dreamed of starting a joint project. Ultimately, their plans took a new direction…

Ludovica and Grégory Tuzzoli, who were revealed in Familles Grandes: La Vie en XXL, are definitely not a typical couple. After their wedding and several months of living together, the newlyweds decided to live separately. A situation that surprised many, but one they accept. “Just because we’re moving out doesn’t mean there’s no more love,” the clan leader confided in the TF1 reality show. According to Grégory and Ludovica, this distance has allowed them to preserve their relationship. Since their appearance in season 7, their relationship with Aurélie—Grégory’s ex-partner and mother of his children—has remained volatile. “This woman is poison and always pollutes our lives,” Ludovica said on Instagram. Exhausted by the conflicts, the mother of four has said she wants to seek legal redress to put an end to her husband’s “heavy past.”

Ludovica and Grégory Tuzzoli (Large Families): Their Hairdressing Project Falls Through
In 2025, Grégory and Ludovica Tuzzoli set themselves a new challenge: obtaining a professional hairdressing baccalaureate. In July, after weeks of stress, the results came in: both obtained their CAP, with a nice average of 14.5 for Grégory. But since then, their plans have changed. This Tuesday, October 14, Ludovica took the time to chat with her community while her husband was going through job interviews. Faced with intrigued subscribers, she explained: “The hairdressing project, for Greg, is a no-no because it’s a very complicated project to set up, and we can’t just be two without work. Right now, life is a little complicated because there’s no salary,” she explains. While Grégory Tuzzoli is thinking about returning to his original profession, Ludovica doesn’t feel ready to manage a salon.

Ludovica Tuzzoli is looking for her path after her hairdressing diploma.
“It would be a lie to say that after two years of vocational training, I’m capable of doing anything. To be honest, I don’t like cutting at all! I love anything technical, like straightening,” Ludovica explains. But before finding a job, the stay-at-home mother prefers to focus on her family life. However, she hasn’t completely given up on hairdressing and says it would be a “shame” to have passed her exams “and then do nothing afterward.” To be continued…
