It’s an arrival no one expected… Stéphane Collaro arrives in The Mysteries of Love. In the seventh episode of season 37 of the series, broadcast on Sunday, October 5, 2025, the former star host plays himself, but now a chef. He reunites with Hélène, Laly, and Bénédicte, and meets Cathy and Aurélie.
As a reminder, Bénédicte (Laure Guibert) has gone to celebrate her bachelorette party at Love Island, a symbolic location where the series Les Vacances de l’amour was primarily filmed. Hélène (Hélène Rollès) has renewed her vows with Nicolas (Patrick Puydebat) while Aurélie (Angèle Vivier) is to marry Victor (Benoît Dubois). So, the girls are on vacation on Love Island and are already experiencing some romantic adventures.
Stéphane Collaro becomes a chef in The Mysteries of Love
In this seventh episode of season 37 of The Mysteries of Love, the girls find themselves in front of their old bar, which had been taken over by Laly (Laly Meignan) and Johanna at the time. They think they’ll find Lolo, but surprise… it’s Stéphane Collaro as the head chef inside! He knows Hélène, Bénédicte, and Laly. Stéphane explains that he’s replacing the owner, Lolo, because he’s away on his honeymoon.
Stéphane is passionate about cooking and has offered to replace him as kitchen boy with his wife. He invites the girls for a drink, but can’t invite them to lunch because their restaurant is closed: all the staff are out due to an epidemic. Hélène and her friends then have an idea: to serve.
The Mysteries of Love: Stéphane Collaro joins Jean-Luc Azoulay’s series on TMC
Stéphane refuses, believing they’re on vacation. Hélène insists and wants to reminisce about the good old days. Stéphane finally gives in. So, the girls return to Love Island. Stéphane is delighted with this help. He goes to the kitchen, Hélène and Bénédicte work at the bar, while Laly, Aurélie (Angèle Vivier), and Cathy (Cathy Andrieu) serve.
Furthermore, Love Island, the fictional island featured in the series, is located in Saint Martin, in the West Indies, which explains the host’s presence in the series. Since the late 1990s, Stéphane Collaro has left television to become a real estate developer. He owned the Villa Caye-Blanche hotel and invested in the Nettle Bay Beach Club hotel and a hotel residence on the beach in Saint Martin’s Orient Bay.
As a reminder, Stéphane Collaro was a huge TV star in the 1980s, with cult and risqué shows like “Le Collaro Show” on Antenne 2, “Co-Co Boy” and “Cocoricocoboy” on TF1, and “Collaricocoshow” on La Cinq.
“The Mysteries of Love” can be found every Sunday from 8 p.m. on TMC.
