In the nineteenth episode of season 35 of The Mysteries of Love , broadcast on Sunday, December 15, 2024 on TMC, Nicolas ( Patrick Puydebat ) and Ingrid come home with Christmas presents for Zoé and Niels. Nicolas wants to hurry up and hide the presents in the office. But he takes a bag that is too heavy and hurts himself. In fact, he was recently stabbed and starts bleeding from the wound.
Ingrid ( Carole Dechantre ) puts the gifts in the trunk of the car and accompanies him home to change his bandage. She asks him to lie down on the bed and take off his jacket and shirt. Ingrid then plays the nurses and takes some antiseptic. As she prepares to change his bandage, she pours the antiseptic on Nicolas’s jeans, near his penis, well below his rib injury.

She claims she didn’t do it on purpose and asks him to take off his pants. Nicolas refuses, despite Ingrid’s insistence. Later, Nicolas and Ingrid are passionately kissing. But Nicolas is interrupted by a call from Laly ( Laly Meignan ). Laly, who has already warned Hélène about Ingrid and Nicolas getting closer, has had a vision and deliberately calls him to prevent him from doing something stupid.
On the phone, Laly simply explains that she had a flash and claims she’s just calling to check if everything is okay. Nicolas is surprised, but reassures her. After this phone call, Nicolas no longer wants to continue his cuddle with Ingrid, much to her dismay. Hélène’s husband ends up losing his temper and reminds her that what they’re doing isn’t right.

Ingrid, who would like to be in a threesome with Hélène, emphasizes that she’s not asking him to make love, but just to see him from time to time, to be held in his arms and kiss him. Nicolas isn’t comfortable, especially since they’re in his room, in the marital bed. Ingrid suggests they meet in her room. Nicolas explains that he has affection for her, but he doesn’t want to do that.
He confesses that he regrets every time he kisses her. He does it because he wants to, but it’s not enough to feel comfortable. Ingrid is understanding. She wants his friendship and tenderness. Émilie then takes control of Ingrid. Later, Laly warns Hélène ( Hélène Rollès ) about Ingrid again. But Nicolas’s wife assures her that she trusts him and believes Ingrid would never do such a thing to him.
