In the twenty-second episode of season 36 of The Mysteries of Love, airing this Sunday, June 22, 2025, on TMC, Mégane (Claire Thomas) talks with Étienne and recalls Hélène’s (Hélène Rollès) concert the day before. She admits that he was very handsome with his bass. The young woman adds that she was with Fanny, so each had their own musician.
Then, Mégane confesses that she talked a lot with Fanny (Elsa Esnoult) and realized that age doesn’t matter when you love each other. Étienne is delighted to hear this. She has changed her way of thinking thanks to the singer. On the other hand, Fanny has talked to him a lot about her early days with Christian. She criticizes Étienne for not taking enough care of her compared to Christian with Fanny.
The Mysteries of Love: Is Mégane About to Become a Star?
Étienne defends himself and believes he’s doing everything he can to make Mégane happy. Mégane, who was recently assaulted, defends herself and explains that she wasn’t talking about it. Christian (Sébastien Roch) didn’t just take care of her on a daily basis; he made her a real star. Mégane believes she has other talents besides singing and imagines herself making films.
Mégane thinks the reason she’s not making films is because Étienne doesn’t take care of her. Étienne (David Proux) points out that he doesn’t know anyone in the film world and won’t be able to help her. She asks him to find out more and believes that given her age, she’s bound to have met people connected to the industry. Étienne promises to think about it. Mégane is happy at the thought that her partner will make her a star.
Attila provokes Étienne in The Mysteries of Love
Later, Attila (Romain Baele) joins Mégane and Étienne for breakfast. He takes Mégane’s side and adds insult to injury by pointing out how Christian takes care of Fanny. He thinks it’s a shame that Étienne isn’t taking care of her. Christian recalls saying he’d take care of her, but Mégane thinks he didn’t seem convinced. Étienne thinks Mégane is exaggerating and asks for time to think.
Attila thinks he’s just buying time to help her get to sleep. Mégane shares this impression. Attila addresses Étienne and says, “You don’t understand that this girl is a star.” Étienne is fed up, and Attila continues to provoke him. Then, he surprises Mégane: he’s had her name tattooed on his arm. Étienne then loses his cool in the face of yet another provocation from Attila. He accuses him of making his life a misery. He storms out, slamming the door.
