In the eighth episode of season 36 of The Mysteries of Love, airing this Sunday, March 16, 2025, on TMC, Jeanne (Isabelle Bouysse) is angry with Pierre; she’s still furious with him. She needs to come to terms with what she saw the day before. Indeed, on Jeanne’s suggestion, Pierre flirted with Linda, Golderman’s secretary, in an attempt to obtain information.
Éloïse, Thalie’s protégé, is under contract with Golderman, but Jeanne has realized she’s in distress. Thalie and Jeanne want to get her out of this situation. Thus, Pierre (Frank Delay) has managed to get Linda’s phone number. But Jeanne is jealous because he hugged the music producer’s secretary.

Pierre justifies himself and explains that he was just comforting Linda, who was crying. Jeanne makes Pierre swear that he’s not in love with Linda. She finally stops giving him the cold shoulder and forces him to do push-ups. His workout is interrupted by a phone call… from Linda! She asks him out on a date, and he accepts. Jeanne becomes threatening and says he’d better make her spill the beans about Éloïse.
Later, Jeanne and Thalie (Lisa Roux) go to the meeting place. Jeanne wants to listen to the entire conversation, but insists she’s not jealous, just “careful.” Linda then joins Pierre. Jeanne has an earpiece to listen to the conversation. She’s furious at Linda’s every move toward Pierre. Thalie is forced to control her.
Then, Pierre asks Linda what she does for a living. She explains that she’s “an assistant to a disgusting old man.” She explains that he’s a music producer, and he forces her to sit on his lap. She can’t do anything because if she opens her mouth, he’ll fire her. Pierre believes she shouldn’t let him do it.
Then Linda explains that he’s terrible with artists. He spends his time stealing from them. Then, the secretary spills the beans about Éloïse. To get her at all costs, Golderman had her dog kidnapped. If she doesn’t do everything he wants, he threatens to put it down. She claims that Éloïse is too afraid he’ll kill her dog and thinks the animal is at her boss’s house. Thalie and Jeanne then discover the terrible truth about Éloïse.
