In the seventh episode of season 36 of The Mysteries of Love, broadcast on Sunday, March 9, 2025, on TMC, Ingrid (Carole Dechantre), accompanied by Nicolas, asks the children to do their homework if they want to play on the console. Hélène’s husband regrets having only taken the controllers and not the console, because they could have played with Ingrid.
Ingrid makes a very clear implication and replies: “I know another way to play together, remember?” Exasperated, Nicolas says with a wry smile: “You’re done, right?” Ingrid suggests that he go up to her room, relax and warm up, as it is cold in the house following the boiler breakdown.
Ingrid drugs Nicolas (again) in The Mysteries of Love
Nicolas (Patrick Puydebat) claims to be very relaxed, but Ingrid insists and explains that she really wants it. Since she wants something hot, Nicolas offers her a coffee. Ingrid doesn’t appreciate this comment and thinks Nicolas finds her repulsive. Hélène’s husband reminds Ingrid that she is very beautiful and attractive, but he loves his wife.
Ingrid is well aware of this and doesn’t ask him to leave her; she just wants to spend some quality time with him. Once in the kitchen, Ingrid doesn’t want coffee, but rather a glass of wine. Ingrid asks Nicolas to get some snacks from the living room. She takes advantage of his absence to drug him again by putting a love potion, an aphrodisiac, in his glass.
Ingrid fails, Émilie trapped in The Mysteries of Love
Ingrid had already tried this on Étienne (David Proux) and they slept together. But after putting drugs in Nicolas’s drink, Émilie regains the upper hand. Nicolas returns and prepares to drink. But Émilie suggests Nicolas switch drinks. Thus, it’s Ingrid/Émilie who ultimately drinks the glass with the elixir.
Ingrid thus causes a catastrophe in Nicolas’ presence. Émilie is hot and admits to feeling things. She rushes to pray and goes out into the garden. She takes off her coat and seems to be making cries of pleasure. She covers her mouth to avoid screaming too much. Nicolas watches the scene and doesn’t understand.
