In the seventh episode of season 37 of he Mysteries of Love, airing this Sunday, October 5, 2025, on TMC, Mbongo continues to examine Pierre (Frank Delay), who is suffering from strange symptoms. As a reminder, this friend of Jeanne’s is convinced that Pierre is a victim of voodoo. Jeanne is determined to investigate to discover the identity of the person practicing voodoo on her partner.
Pierre mentions Astrid, who stole a lock of his hair and was returning from Haiti when he met her. Mbongo (Fabrice Charlery) is now convinced of his judgment: Pierre is bewitched. Jeanne wants to find Astrid at all costs and asks Pierre for her last name. But he’s embarrassed: he’s known two Astrids, both Belgian.

Jeanne (Isabelle Bouysse) is surprised by this revelation. Pierre specifies that one was Walloon and the other was Flemish. Pierre explains that he met a friend of hers not long ago, a certain Ilona. He thinks she will know where his friend is. But Pierre can no longer speak, once again a victim of Astrid’s (Mathilde Mosnier) voodoo doll. Astrid has put tights on the doll, so Pierre can no longer speak.
Later, Pierre, Jeanne, and Mbongo are in the car. Pierre has regained his speech and was able to give Ilona’s address. He explains that he has stayed in contact with her. Pierre admits that he felt as if he had tape over his mouth. Mbongo thinks that the person who bewitched him put tape over the doll’s mouth. Jeanne is surprised that a person could have total power over her partner’s body.

Mbongo believes the person is playing with Pierre and describes it as slow torture. Then, Pierre is once again a victim of voodoo: this time he can no longer hear anything, his ears are blocked. Once healed, Pierre suddenly has an urgent need to go to the bathroom. He asks Jeanne, who was recently trapped, to stop and relieve herself in the woods.
Later, Pierre, Jeanne, and Mbongo arrive at Ilona’s workplace. Mbongo decides to wait for them in the car. Pierre and Jeanne enter Ilona’s (Adèle Esseger) store. Jeanne meets her and discovers that Pierre has had a threesome with Astrid and Ilona. She doesn’t know where Astrid is. Jeanne then discovers the worst, as Pierre’s fate seems sealed until he finds Astrid.
