In the eighth episode of season 37 of Les Mystères de l’amour , broadcast this Sunday, October 12, 2025 on TMC, Jeanne, Pierre, and Mbongo are in the car. Jeanne ( Isabelle Bouysse ) is furious with her partner: she has discovered that he had a threesome in the past with Ilona ( Adèle Esseger ) and Astrid.
As a reminder, Pierre, Jeanne, and Mbongo are searching for Astrid, who is using a voodoo doll against Pierre. Ilona explained that she didn’t know Astrid’s whereabouts. Jeanne therefore criticizes Pierre for not telling her about the threesome. She apologizes to Mbongo ( Fabrice Charlery ) for this intimate conversation.

Suddenly, Pierre ( Frank Delay ) offers to lend Jeanne to Mbongo. He seems completely delirious and is talking nonsense. Mbongo explains to Jeanne that Astrid has smoked the voodoo doll with substances. Pierre is as if drugged and continues his delusional state. Mbongo asks Jeanne to open the windows to vent the smoke from the doll. Pierre regains his senses. There is an urgent need to find Astrid.
Later, Jeanne explains to Pierre what happened in the car. Pierre tries to find clues to locate Astrid. He admits that she liked smoking weed and had a doll collection. Then, he remembers that she was a nurse at the hospital. Mbongo interrupts their conversation: he has found Astrid. He contacted a drug dealer to get her address.

Then, suddenly, Pierre heads towards the door. He’s under the spell again. Mbongo explains that Astrid is taking him home; they just have to follow him. Pierre wanders through the street like a zombie. He’s completely out of it. On the way, a man demands his money, but Pierre knocks him unconscious.
Later, Pierre finally arrived at Astrid’s house. Jeanne and Mbongo preferred not to intervene so that Astrid wouldn’t destroy the doll. Astrid ( Mathilde Mosnier ) arrived in her car and wanted him to get in. But Jeanne intervened and tried to snatch the doll from Astrid’s grasp. Jeanne managed to knock her unconscious, and Mbongo retrieved the doll. Pierre was freed from the spell; he was finally liberated from Astrid’s curse. Astrid woke up, but Mbongo punched her and kept the doll.
