As previously announced, Les Mystères de l’amour will end in late 2025 on TMC! For fans of the series, this is obviously a disappointment… But Jean-Luc Azoulay, the creator of the saga since Hélène et les garçons, has made a revelation that should please them nonetheless: the adventures of the group of friends should continue on another channel!

But while we wait to find out what the future holds for our heroes, the stars of Les Mystères de l’amour are reacting to the show’s cancellation. Patrick Puydebat, who plays Nicolas, spoke about it to Télé-Loisirs. The actor, who has appeared in Filip on TF1 and will soon be seen in Un si grand soleil on France 3, stated:

“ For now, it’s all very recent. Feelings are quite mixed and confused (…) And at the same time, on a personal level, I’ve worked with the same team for thirty-three years, so it’s going to be a strange feeling. When it stops, after the holiday season, we’ll all understand that it’s over. For the moment, we don’t really grasp the impact of stopping all this. ”

“We remain hopeful of continuing our work elsewhere”

But that’s not all: Hélène Rollès, the undisputed star of the franchise, also weighed in on the situation. In Ciné Télé Revue, the actress and singer expressed her regret at the decision to end Les Mystères de l’amour, explaining that she would have continued as long as Jean-Luc Azoulay had wanted her to…

“ It’s always a real pleasure and a joy to get together and play. Nobody wants to stop. Normally, the series should continue on another channel. I’m a little disappointed that it’s ending with TMC, because we’ve been working together for a long time. But they’ve decided to stop. We remain hopeful of continuing elsewhere. ”
