In the sixth episode of season 37 of The Mysteries of Love, broadcast on Sunday, September 28, 2025 on TMC, Nicolas (Patrick Puydebat) goes to bed alone and is pensive. Hélène (Hélène Rollès) has gone to Love Island, while Ingrid, for whom he has feelings, spends the night with Étienne in an attempt to make him jealous.

But Nicolas hears a noise and goes downstairs. He finds Jimmy (Tom Schacht) in the kitchen. Jimmy can’t sleep either. He’s cooked fried eggs. The two talk and admit that it’s weird without the girls around. Bénédicte (Laure Guibert) is also on Love Island to celebrate her bachelorette party before her wedding to Jimmy.

The Mysteries of Love: Nicolas Annoyed by Étienne
Jimmy notices that Nicolas looks bad. Hélène’s husband confesses that he received a message from Mégane. She asks for news of Étienne. The last time I heard, he was with Ingrid (Carole Dechantre). Nicolas therefore chose not to answer her. In reality, Ingrid gave Étienne sleeping pills. He sleeps in his bed.

Jimmy doesn’t understand how Étienne could cheat on the young and pretty Mégane with Ingrid. Nicolas pretends to Jimmy that he’s worried about Étienne and doesn’t reveal that he has feelings for Ingrid. Then, the next morning, Nicolas confesses to Jimmy that Mégane hasn’t stopped sending him messages. Étienne (David Proux) finally calls Nicolas. He fell asleep at Ingrid’s and has a blackout. He pretends to Mégane that he’s been drinking and sleeping at Nicolas’s.

Mégane arrives, Étienne soon to be a dad in The Mysteries of Love?
Nicolas seems annoyed by Étienne’s attitude. The latter goes to join them at home to take a selfie together to make his alibi credible. After hanging up, Mégane (Claire Thomas) arrives at Nicolas and Jimmy’s house. She doesn’t want him to drive if he’s had too much to drink. Jimmy tries to buy time and warns Nicolas of his presence. They pretend to have had a lot to drink.

Jimmy claims that Étienne is in the shower. Nicolas urgently calls Étienne. He still has a 15-minute drive and promises to get there as soon as possible. Nicolas returns to Mégane and explains that Étienne has vomited everywhere. He is cleaning up. He prevents Mégane from helping him. Étienne finally arrives and admits to Jimmy that he parked further away.

Meanwhile, Nicolas is talking to Mégane. Étienne has had time to change and finally finds Mégane. She tells him they’re going to see an addiction specialist this afternoon. Just before, she called her friend to tell him she wants to have Étienne tested to make sure he doesn’t endanger her future baby. This test casts doubt on whether Mégane, who wants a child, is already pregnant.
