In the twelfth episode of season 37 of Les  Mystères de l’amour  , broadcast on Sunday, November 9, 2025 on TMC, Cathy ( Cathy Andrieu ) wakes up next to… Evan ( Guillaume Blanchard )! He had a crush on Bénédicte on Love Island. Yet, he’s in Cathy’s bed in Paris. An unexpected turn of events.

Cathy explains that she can’t stay too long because she has to help prepare Fanny’s ( Elsa Esnoult ) and Christian’s ( Sébastien Roch ) Gender Reveal Party. Evan regrets not being able to help, but Cathy thinks it would be a good idea. Evan is worried about the girls’ reaction, since they know he has a crush on Bénédicte. Cathy explains that it’s true and that he settled for her because Bénédicte didn’t want him.

Evan admits he thought Bénédicte was cute on the plane, but assures Cathy that he noticed her first. He didn’t dare make a move because she seemed distant. He even explains that he would have preferred to watch the sunrise on Love Island with her, not with Bénédicte. Evan assures Cathy that she impressed him. Cathy decides to believe him and reminds him that she ultimately chose him.

Cathy confides about Douglas ( Erwan Trotel ), her childhood sweetheart, that he was very nice, but that was all. Evan admits he was jealous. In reality, Cathy showed up at Evan’s room when Bénédicte told him she didn’t want to cheat on Jimmy. She thought it silly to miss out on something nice. Evan dropped everything to be with her. Cathy wants them to stop hiding and invites him to the Gender Equality Party to make their completely unexpected relationship official.

Later, Béatrice ( Julie Chevallier ) joins Cathy and Evan. Evan leaves because he has a date. Béatrice finds him  “not bad ,” but preferred Jacques-Henri ( Polo Anid ). She’s happy that Cathy has found someone, but regrets her choice and is a little jealous. Béatrice admits that she feels neglected because Cathy spends less time with her. Béatrice wanted a three-way relationship and indicates that Jacques-Henri wasn’t against it. She thinks that Cathy no longer loves him.

Then, Evan and Cathy arrive at Hélène’s ( Hélène Rollès ) for the Gender Reveal Party. Bénédicte ( Laure Guibert ) is surprised to see him in Paris. Evan meets the rest of the group, including Étienne, Ingrid, Jimmy, and Nicolas. Cathy is upfront and explains that they are a couple. Bénédicte, who seemed to have a crush on him, is surprised. Then, Cathy and Evan speak privately with Bénédicte to explain things. Bénédicte has an unexpected reaction… she’s happy for them!
