Teyssier wants to know why Auguste gave Andrea and Leon the hotel … but Clotilde wants to keep it a secret.
Andréa puts pressure on Teyssier : she is ready to give her approval for the collaboration, but on one clear condition – that he stops digging into their past.
Gaëtan discovers the truth about Penelope : he realizes she slept with Gary because he brought back an earring. Cornered, Penelope finally confesses everything. Gaëtan confides that he would like to have children, even though he has never discussed the subject with Alice.
Tom, meanwhile, baked a jelly cake and let Milan try it. But the loneliness is getting to him : he’s tired of being alone in the shared apartment. Milan is always with Anaïs, and Jasmine is doing an internship.

Hector arrives at the Institute to see Clotilde. He congratulates her on her students but wants to understand why she refused to supervise the brigade. He wonders: is it because of her cane? Clotilde denies it, but Hector is convinced that she distanced herself from him because of her accident.

Penelope confides in Gaëtan that she thinks her sister Ninon has a crush on Gary . This is a disaster: if Ninon finds out she slept with him, she’ll feel betrayed. A little later, Ninon finally admits that she does indeed have feelings for Gary. Penelope goes to see Gary and tells him they have to forget about this one-night stand.
Gaetan confides in Penelope about her love life
Teyssier confronts Clotilde: he wants to know if there’s anything at the Jourdains’ house that could endanger the Institute. Clotilde swears she told him everything. But Teyssier still has his doubts : “I hope that’s the case,” he says suspiciously.
Anaïs, for her part, prepared appetizers, main courses, and desserts for Double A. She organized a test meal with Milan, Billie, and Tom. True to form, Tom was unbearable: he was bored, found everything “meh,” and gave the meal a 5 out of 20. Tom made a bet to organize an even more incredible dinner at the apartment.
The vote on collaboration takes place at the Hôtel Jourdain without Clotilde. Andréa, Jeanne, and Hector vote in favor . Teyssier and Rose also approve . Clotilde’s vote, counted, is against. Rose and Jeanne then take care of the paperwork with the lawyers.

Then, Hector makes a disturbing revelation : he confides to Teyssier that he often cooked with Auguste, who had taken him under his wing and passed on some of his culinary secrets to him.
Teyssier explains to Rose that the Jourdains were the guardians of the Institute . According to him, Hector received all of Auguste’s culinary secrets. A doubt creeps in: what if Hector were an Armand? (Andréa and Auguste might have had an affair)
