Lou is intractable at the trial, poor Samuel… he was there to defend Soizic because he’s his friend. She did everything to discredit his testimony by highlighting his shady past as a womanizer etc… Samuel didn’t let it get to him. Luckily! As for Adam, it’s complicated, he was walking on eggshells to talk about his relationship with Martial. A friend who took his mind off things with the approval of his parents… but very quickly he understood that he was someone who had no limits. Sébastien Perraud, the prosecutor, doesn’t hesitate to add another layer when he asks what his mother is like… someone calm or impulsive. He didn’t want to answer impulsively because he knew it would harm him, so he answers aside “she’s my mother and I love her”. Adam is touching. We will note the presence of Maud in the audience, she is there for her mother, to support Adam? (Diego will end up being jealous lol).
Adam wouldn’t have infiltrated Lou’s office: Karim investigated and with the video surveillance he has proof that it was him who entered Lou’s house. Karim and Aurore have no choice, they will have to notify Lou. What consequences for Adam? Police custody, an indictment? Since Adam is on the other side, there is little chance that Lou will withdraw her complaint. What does Adam really risk? Clearly not prison… a fine and community service? That would be the best thing, that way he would end up with Alex at the farmhouse. He has no one left at the moment, Kevin left at the end of the summer ^-^
After the clash between Martin and Raphaëlle in the previous episode, tension is building between Sébastien and Raphaëlle (father and daughter). Sébastien, even if he is in his role, with his questions… he complicates Soizic’s defense. Will he end up taking his daughter’s side? Sébastien’s questions are often disturbing, like the question, was she in love with Martial? She answered no without hesitation. She says she just liked to please… it remains a little unclear, because Soizic didn’t seem indifferent to Martial. It didn’t seem to be just seduction. The next few days of the trial will perhaps help to find out more.
The good news of the episode, Lizzie will be a little more in the spotlight: she got a job as a scout at the Georges-Brassens high school (where Jack and Jordan are in prep). Apparently, she’s continuing college on the side (?)… we don’t really know. Lizzie will now be at the center of a place that has come back to life with the start of the school year: new teachers, headmistress, new students… It’s an excellent thing, now we have to find Lizzie a boyfriend! Any suggestions? Why not Bastien? …they are both calm and composed, I think I could see them together.

Joël who doesn’t understand why Mona isn’t excited to go with him to the West Indies. He seems completely out of it. Bart tries to explain to him that Mona loves her life in Sète and then the fact that she has Georges and Lucien. Bart tells him that he should retire in Sète and go to the West Indies from time to time. And then the shock, Joël tells him that he has already put his bakery and the apartment up for sale! In short, Joël doesn’t care about Mona, his goal is to leave whether she likes it or not. A sad ending is coming… The earthquake will have made Joël selfish, he only thinks about his retirement and forgets Mona and what she wants. No compromise, no discussion… clearly they are no longer a couple. Mona probably deserves better… who knows, maybe in a few years Alain Lehaut! He is single (Annie has left, Marianne is taken…) ^-^
