This Monday, September 22, 2025, season 20 of Love is in the Meadow continues on M6. This time, viewers have a date with Jean-Baptiste. During one sequence, the farmer bursts into laughter before meeting his suitors.
In the new episode airing this Monday, September 22, 2025 on M6, fans of Love is in the Meadow will discover Jean-Baptiste, one of the new farmers in this twentieth edition. Aged 46, he is a cattle breeder and owner of an animal park in the Creuse region.
Coming from a Catholic family, he says he long harbored guilt about his attraction to men. Just before the speed dating sessions, he confided in Karine Le Marchand about his great apprehension about meeting his suitors.

In images broadcast on M6, the farmer can’t contain his laughter when he discovers one of the letters. “It’s great, oh no, but he’s coming, it’s bound to happen, it’s so funny,” he says, laughing.

The letters follow one another and provoke a real burst of laughter in him. But behind the amusement, the latter is nevertheless troubled by the emotions that he can arouse in certain people. The first to present themselves during the speed dating are David, Romain and Jérôme.
David catches Jean-Baptiste’s eye
After his meeting with David, Jean-Baptiste admits to having been seduced by the latter during this one-on-one.
“I really liked him, you can feel a little uptight side that’s funny, that’s cute,” he confides to the cameras. “There was a look. I really felt it, then we’ll see how it goes,” adds David. A great way to kick off Jean-Baptiste’s speed dating encounters.
