Things are not going well between Anthony and Évelyne in the new episode of season 20 of L’amour est dans le pré this Monday, October 20, 2025 on M6. Indeed, during a new sequence, Évelyne is full of doubts. Anthony, meanwhile, is asking himself a lot of questions. “I don’t want to hurt your feelings, but hey, at some point, you have to tell the truth,” the farmer declares to her.
In an interview, Anthony then made some big revelations about how he now feels for Evelyne. “To this day, there is no longer any attraction towards her. I’m afraid of upsetting her, I’m afraid of making her suffer. For me, feelings can’t be controlled,” he confided.

Anthony then has harsh words about this situation and his indecision with Evelyne. “I made the effort to come, I spent the weekend with you, if you took it badly, too bad, if you took it well, it’s fine,” he says to her.
“Those are harsh words, it’s quite complicated for me,” Évelyne admitted to the M6 cameras, before explaining that she’s trying to listen more to her reason. “I’m trying to listen more to my brain, which is telling me ‘stop, there’s no point in going any further.’ I don’t want to suffer anymore,” she declared.

In this sequence, Anthony suggests they stay friends if things don’t work out. Evelyne, for her part, tells him they should put a stop to their relationship and stop contacting each other so she can move forward. The farmer then wishes her happiness.
In an interview, the latter still admits to being disappointed that everything is ending, but can’t seem to find the spark. He realizes he’s not yet ready to have a relationship that quickly. He then decides to leave. “I don’t show it, but deep down, it’s definitely complicated. I’d like to take her in my arms, hold her,” he announces for the channel. Anthony then leaves Évelyne’s house. It’s already over between them and their breakup is announced in this sequence.
