Broadcast daily on TF1 for many years now, the show entitled Familles grandes: la vie en XXL follows the daily lives of families with four or more children. Over time, the mothers who participate in this program have become stars on social media. This is particularly the case for Ambre Dol , who is the head of a tribe of five children.
As a reminder, the mother gave birth to Jade (2007), Maëlys (2009) and Lizandro (2014) with her first husband. Before giving birth to Joaquim (2019) and Winona (2020) during her union with Alexandre Dol. The couple has since divorced. Sunday, October 5, 2025, Ambre Dol revealed to her subscribers on Instagram that her son Lizandro had been injured following a fall , and that she had to take him to the hospital.

“ Mom and nurse, what! I’m there tomorrow, I could have done without it… But a fall, a child: & stitches! I didn’t have the right outfit… but that wasn’t planned! We were able to revise history and geography anyway ,” wrote Ambre Dol. She received many messages of support, including one from Mélanie Gonzalez. “ Get well soon ,” wrote this other figure from the show Familles grandes: la vie en XXL.
Unfortunately, Ambre Dol announced some bad news about her son on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in her Instagram story. In fact, the eight stitches on Lizandro’s leg didn’t hold, forcing the nurse to intervene herself to limit the damage . She also posted a photo of herself treating her son.

“ I’m disgusted, it reopened on one side. It’s not pretty. It’s at the joint. It’s not easy for a child not to move. Lizandro is in a ‘day center’ for a week with my brother and my mother. I joined them to do the bandage when my mother sent me the photo. I’m getting him a splint tomorrow but we can’t put stitches back on ,” she wrote as a caption.
As a reminder, Ambre Dol revealed that this injury had greatly frightened her son a few days ago. “ Lizandro was afraid of dying because he was losing ‘a lot’ of blood (at least for a child) ,” wrote the mother. Fortunately, the young boy was quickly taken to the hospital. “ Lizandro told the fantastic doc that she was extraordinary, magnificent, majestic and extravagant ,” finally concluded Alexandre Dol’s ex-wife.
