Wednesday, November 5th in Here It All Begins…
At the Institute, Teyssier is caught red-handed by Rose as he’s leaving the school to go to the Jourdain Hotel. He then confesses that he has a meeting with Hector to convince him of his partnership project. Rose finds his behavior dishonest towards Clotilde and decides to accompany him to the meeting to make sure he doesn’t do anything behind their backs.
Meanwhile, Clotilde is in the kitchen with the hotel staff. She overhears Ismaël and Bianca discussing Teyssier’s meeting with the Jourdains and begins to panic. She tries to contact him, but without success. Loup reveals that he saw Rose leave with Teyssier earlier. Clotilde feels betrayed.
Meanwhile, Teyssier and Rose are having brunch with Jeanne. Hector, who uses a cane, eventually joins them. He immediately bristles at Teyssier’s proposal for a partnership. Teyssier, however, decides to follow him into the kitchen to press the matter further and suggests he think it over.
With that, Jeanne walks Teyssier and Rose home. At the same time, Andréa returns from her appointment outside. Hector joins them and acknowledges that they have no other choice but to partner with the Institute to save their hotel. Andréa, still opposed to the idea, declares that she will never forgive them if they decide to go ahead with this plan.
Upon returning to the Institute, Teyssier receives a message from Jeanne assuring him that she and her brother are ready to consider his proposal. Rose is delighted. Clotilde then confronts them, accusing them of betraying her. Afterward, she leaves and calls someone, asking for help in preventing the hotel and the Institute from partnering, fearing that a secret will be exposed… But who did Clotilde call?

Billie coaches Caesar
At the studio, Coline runs into César, who’s struggling with choux pastry for éclairs. She immediately thinks of the perfect person to coach him: Billie. Billie agrees to take him on in addition to Ferdinand.
During the coaching session, Ferdinand manages to master the choux pastry after a few tries. César, on the other hand, is still struggling. When Coline comes to check on him, the young man explains that he’s getting confused with his recipe cards because of stress. Coline suggests he number them. Billie believes she’s perfectly capable of coaching César herself.
