Gaspard fights for his brother
At the farm, Gaspard calls Malo’s special needs school, which confirms that his mother is three months behind on her tuition. He refuses to let his mother continue to defraud people. He therefore asks her to find a solution to stop collaborating with Alice for the festival and leave as soon as possible.
At the Institute, Léonard apologizes to Malik for not telling him about Gaspard and Maya. Malik, however, understands the difficult position he was in and doesn’t hold it against him. However, he is disgusted by Maya’s betrayal and feels the need for a change of scenery. He intends to return to his parents’ house for a few days.
Meanwhile, Gaspard tries to find a new school for his brother. But he is apprehensive about his younger brother’s reaction to the change. He is very worried. Coline tries to reassure him.
Eléonore, meanwhile, goes to the Atelier to suggest to Alice that she donate the festival’s profits to the Institute, which has recently suffered financial difficulties. But Alice is very keen for the profits to be donated to the association that supported her when she discovered she was on the spectrum. In fact, Clotilde has already announced the event on social media, including the festival’s partnership with ANSA.
Later, the festival team works together on the desserts. Maya and Léonard notice that Gaspard is completely out of it. When Malo calls him, he isolates himself in the Commissary to get off the phone and talk to her. The boy is completely panicked at the idea of changing schools, so much so that his older brother promises to find another solution. Once he hangs up, Maya encourages Gaspard to open up and wants to help him.
Back at the farm, Gaspard discovers that his mother hasn’t left. She claims it’s already too late because Clotilde has been spreading the word about the festival on social media. Gaspard criticizes her for keeping her word. Determined to prevent Chef Wiesberg from being ripped off, he decides to leave the Institute to find work and pay his little brother’s tuition himself…
Antoine will not return to the Institute
Rose tells Clotilde that she’s heard from Antoine and that he’s decided to move to Dinard to be with his son and grandson. Clotilde makes a note to hire a new assistant.
In the meantime, she has to deal with another situation: several negative reviews from customers at the Double A. Rose suggests that Anouk be a consultant there to identify any problems.
In the kitchen, Anouk watches Enzo manage with his team, which is mostly made up of first-year students. She has to intervene to save a dish. At the end of the service, Anouk advises Enzo to delegate and let his team take the initiative. She suggests cooking without a chef and without a hierarchy for the next service so that everyone can find their feet and communicate more. Clotilde and Enzo accept her idea.
Ferdinand blackmails Josephine
Following Joséphine’s video of Ferdinand as a goat posted on the Institute’s app, other students also posted anonymously. To change the subject, Gary is looking forward to the inter-class wine tasting class scheduled for the next day.
Joséphine goes to Double A to ask Stanislas to be excused from her wine tasting class, explaining that she doesn’t drink alcohol for medical reasons. The maître d’ agrees, while Clotilde suggests informing the other teachers at the Institute.
Having made a mistake on the Institute’s app, Clotilde didn’t realize that the messages she sends to her colleagues can be read by students, including Ferdinand. Although Joséphine apologizes for the goat video, the young man doesn’t hesitate to threaten to reveal his alcoholic past to everyone if she doesn’t include him in her group of friends.
Reluctantly, Joséphine takes Ferdinand to the Coffee Shop for her blind test evening with Loup, Zoé and Gary.
