In the next episode of “Here It All Begins“… In the final of the competition, Ferdinand doesn’t miss a beat. Tom and Lionel are back on top. Meanwhile, Jude and Gaëtan find common ground.

Thursday, September 11th in Here It All Begins…

Louis Changes His Mind

Having learned of the deal her husband has offered Louis, Constance can’t help but doubt that he’ll accept. At the same time, Louis goes to the Teyssiers’ house to speak with the director of the Institute. He tells her that he’s refusing the deal because he wants to prove to everyone, especially his sisters, that he’s changed. But Teyssier reminds him that they will never accept him and puts pressure on him to accept the deal. At the Institute, Louis announces to his mother and Anouk that Teyssier has offered him his teaching position again, and that he has accepted.

A little later, the third and final round of the competition begins in the Calvières arenas in front of an audience. Anouk announces to the candidates that they will have to create a sweet trompe-l’oeil that looks salty, and vice versa.

During the round, Ferdinand overhears a conversation between Teyssier and Anouk. He thus learns that Louis will become a professor again at the Institute. Shortly after, Louis approaches Ferdinand’s workbench and acts rather coldly toward him. The young man then points out Teyssier’s different behavior toward them. Louis then understands that he is being manipulated by Teyssier.

At the end of the exam, the jury gathers to deliberate. The last place in the new class is between Ferdinand and Joshua. Teyssier and Clotilde vote for Joshua, while Marc and Anouk vote for Ferdinand. It’s up to Louis to decide… and he votes for Ferdinand.

Teyssier takes Louis aside, reproaching him for not having honored their agreement. The young man retorts that he knows very well that he never intended to hire him as a professor. So he has decided to take revenge…

Tom and Lionel Have Julia in Their Sights

At the studio, Tom and Lionel suggest to Billie and Solal that they revisit the menu of a bistronomic restaurant to aim for the star. While Billie and Solal want to brainstorm together, Tom and Lionel push them to work separately. Billie and Solal refuse to budge. They work as a pair, then decide to stop being coached by Tom and Lionel.

Later, they spot Julia talking with Enzo. He tells them that she applied for the first year of the Master’s program, emphasizing that she has every chance of being accepted. Tom and Lionel find this unfair. They decide to do everything they can to get her out.

At the studio, Tom and Lionel apologize to Billie and Solal. The pair agree to take them back as coaches, on the condition that they join forces instead of working separately.

Jude and Gaëtan Find Common Ground

At the gates of the Institute, Jude and Mattéo run into Gaëtan, who has set up a Coffee Shop booth to promote the evening he’s organizing for the candidates the next day. Jude and Mattéo, who also want to organize an evening at the Comptoir, engage in fierce competition to attract customers.

Finally, Gaëtan suggests they coexist intelligently by organizing the evening at the Coffee Shop with a catering service from Jude’s Comptoir and sharing the recipe. Jude happily accepts.
