Coming up soon  on TF1’s “Here It All Begins  ,” Rose ( Vanessa Demouy ) discovers that Hector isn’t Auguste Armand’s son because his blood type doesn’t match. Meanwhile, Clotilde ( Elsa Lunghini ) confronts Andréa ( Marie-Christine Adam ) about their lie. Chief Armand wants the truth out. Léonard ( Thomas Vilan ) overhears their conversation.

Then, Ismaël ( Morgan Jallu ) reveals to Léonard that his uncle, Hector, was hit by a drunk driver when he was 19. The driver fled the scene and was never found. Hector lives with a prosthetic leg. Léonard then tells him about a conversation he overheard between Clotilde and Andréa. There is no longer any doubt: Auguste Armand ( Francis Huster ) is the driver who hit Hector.

Bianca ( Alexandra Ferreira ) is let in on the secret and advises Ismaël not to tell Hector for the time being. Meanwhile, Andréa, in the presence of Teyssier, Rose, and Jeanne, announces to the students of the Institute the officialization of the partnership between the Institute and the Hôtel Jourdain. For his part, Ismaël breaks down and confesses his discovery to his uncle.

Hector ( Guillaume Cramoisan ) goes to Teyssier’s office and confronts Clotilde. He doesn’t understand why she’s been avoiding him for thirty years, ever since his accident. Clotilde finally confesses that it wasn’t Auguste who caused his accident, but her. She bursts into tears and admits that it’s because of her that he lost his leg. Hector strikes the portrait of Auguste Armand with his cane and leaves.

This is where it all begins: Andrea confesses the truth to Hector, Clotilde forced to leave?

The next day, Clotilde tells Rose, Teyssier, and Joachim ( Janis Abrikh ) what happened . She was 17 years old, and Auguste gave her a car even though she didn’t yet have her license. He insisted she drive it, but on a bend, she hit a cyclist: Hector. She wanted to turn herself in, but Auguste refused. Rose says she’s disappointed by her father’s attitude.

Meanwhile, Andrea also confesses. Hector, Jeanne, and Ismaël are in shock. Hector accuses his mother of lying to him for 32 years. Andrea explains that a trial wouldn’t have changed anything: the Institute’s guards against the renowned director and chef. Auguste gave them the hotel in exchange. Ismaël is stunned by his grandmother’s behavior. Bianca defends him, and an argument breaks out between the couple.

Teyssier ( Benjamin Baroche ) and Rose go to the hotel to see Jeanne ( Aurélie Vaneck ). She explains that the final decision regarding the partnership rests with Hector. Later, Hector goes to Teyssier’s office. Against all expectations, he wants to continue the partnership, but he gives him an ultimatum: Clotilde must leave the Institute. The director admits:  “I’m ready to make many sacrifices for the Institute, but Clotilde isn’t one of them .” What will Hector do?
