Here it all begins: Carla takes the hit… Highlights of the episodes from October 13 to 17, 2025
This week promises to be particularly upsetting at the Auguste Armand Institute. Between personal dramas, professional rivalries, and secrets coming to light, students and teachers alike are in for some intense days. And at the heart of all the emotions, one student in particular stands out: Carla . Weakened by recent events, she will have to face her mistakes, her doubts… and a revelation that could change her life.
Monday, October 13: Carla on the brink, Teyssier more unpredictable than ever
From the start of the week, Carla finds herself isolated. A rumor about her behavior during the internal competition spreads rapidly through the corridors of the Institute. Criticisms rain down, and even her friends begin to doubt her. Billie tries to defend her, but nothing works: Carla becomes more and more withdrawn, convinced that she will never live up to expectations.
Meanwhile, Teyssier takes control with his usual intransigence. Angered by the decline in the general level, he decides to impose a new culinary challenge: a creativity test in pairs, supposed to reveal “those who really have talent.” But this competition will mainly reawaken old grudges. Bérénice, still hurt by last week’s argument, refuses to be associated with Carla. A decision that leaves the latter without a partner, forced to work alone under the merciless gaze of the director.
Tuesday, October 14: The Return of a Ghost from the Past
While everything seems to be against her, Carla receives an unexpected visit: from her father, whom she hasn’t seen for months. Emotions run high, but the encounter quickly turns sour. He criticizes her for her lack of discipline and accuses her of wasting her chance at the Institute. These harsh words further break the already fragile young woman.
Constance, who witnesses the scene, tries to offer her support. She senses that behind Carla’s anger lies a deep childhood wound. The two women grow closer, and an almost maternal bond develops between them. But this relief doesn’t last: later, Carla discovers that her grades have mysteriously dropped on the internal platform. Convinced that she is the victim of an injustice, she confronts Antoine, who denies any mistake. Is someone trying to push her to the limit?
On another note, tensions are rising between Clotilde and Teyssier. Antoine informs them that the Institute’s budget is in the red, and that drastic cuts will have to be made. Teyssier, true to form, refuses to give in and promises to “find a solution his own way.” A promise that, knowing the character, does not bode well.
Wednesday, October 15: A kitchen incident and masks falling
Midweek marks a dramatic turning point. During a pastry workshop, an accident occurs: an oven explodes after improper handling. More fear than harm, but panic grips the students. Suspicion quickly turns to Carla, who was present at the scene a few minutes before the incident. Teyssier, furious, summons her to his office. She tries to defend herself, claiming she did nothing, but the principal remains inflexible. For him, her negligence put everyone in danger.
Hurt by these accusations, Carla leaves the kitchen in tears. It is Thibault who finds her later, alone in the park, collapsed. He tries to comfort her, and a moment of sincerity develops between them. He confesses to her that he does not believe in her guilt and that he admires her for her strength. This unexpected rapprochement deeply disturbs Carla, especially since she has been feeling an attachment for some time that she is trying to repress.
Meanwhile, another duo is attracting attention: Malik and Maya are working on a joint project for the competition. Their growing rapport doesn’t go unnoticed, much to Hortense’s dismay, who begins to question her students’ impartiality.
Thursday, October 16: Painful truths emerge
. The next day, Antoine’s internal investigation into the oven incident reveals disturbing evidence. The security cameras were disabled just before the explosion, and the system was tampered with. Teyssier realizes he may have been too hasty in his judgments. He summons Carla, this time to offer her a veiled apology. But the young woman, hurt by so much mistrust, remains distant. She tells him bitterly, “You only see what you want to see.” These words strike Teyssier, who is speechless.
At the same time, Constance accidentally discovers a notebook belonging to Carla. She reads heartbreaking passages in which the young woman expresses her loneliness and fear of disappointing. Moved, Constance confronts her husband and urges him to open his eyes to the suffering of his students. For the first time, Teyssier seems touched. A seed of humanity sprouts, though hidden behind his mask of a ruthless leader.
Elsewhere at the Institute, Antoine continues his crusade against management’s excesses. He gets his hands on a document proving that some of the funds were used to finance a personal project of Teyssier’s. Tensions reach a peak: a face-off between the two men is inevitable.
Friday, October 17: The Fall Before the Rebirth
The week concludes with an emotional episode. Teyssier, summoned by Antoine and Clotilde, must explain the budgetary anomalies. True to his reputation, he turns the confrontation into a show of authority. He admits to embezzling some of the funds, but justifies his actions: he allegedly wanted to finance a secret mentoring program for the most deserving students. A revelation that leaves everyone speechless.
But that’s not all. In a final poignant scene, Carla decides to confide in Constance. She confesses that she has discovered the identity of the person who sabotaged the oven: it was an angry student, manipulated by a former member of the Institute seeking to harm Teyssier. This revelation turns everything upside down. Carla has a choice: remain silent to avoid a scandal or reveal everything, even if it means putting her own position in danger.
She ultimately chooses the truth. In front of everyone, she explains what she has discovered, thus clearing her name. Her courage commands respect, including from Teyssier, who, in a rare burst of emotion, congratulates her. The young woman emerges from this ordeal stronger, more determined than ever to prove her worth.
In the final image of the week, we find her alone in the kitchen, the evening light caressing her face. She begins to cook, focused, calm. Her gaze betrays a new strength: Carla is back, stronger, more authentic, ready to write a new page in her story.
An eventful week at Ici tout commence , where emotions intertwine with culinary passion. Between power struggles, past wounds, and the quest for recognition, everyone will have to face their own demons. And one thing is certain: after these five days rich in revelations, nothing will be the same again at the Auguste Armand Institute.
