Coming soon to  TF1’s Ici tout commence  , the doctor agrees to let Carla ( Aaricia Lemaire ) return to Angers, but first he has to do one last test. Rose ( Vanessa Demouy ) hopes her daughter will regain her memory and has an idea for this: to show her around the Institute. But it doesn’t go as planned…

Indeed, Carla notices that everyone is looking at her and does not feel comfortable. The young woman wants to go home and find her parents. Rose tries to take it upon herself and continues the visit by showing her the kitchen. Jim ( Loan Becmont ) is present in the kitchen to prepare a recipe based on mushrooms. He offers to help her. Carla accepts and the atmosphere is at the rendezvous in the kitchen.

Carla, in cahoots with Jim, her memory returns slightly in Here It All Begins

Carla asks Jim for details about their relationship. He admits they’re more like cats and dogs. Then, Berenice ( Bérénice Tannenberg ) bursts into the kitchen, much to Carla’s dismay. Carla continues to rant about her girlfriend, whom she no longer remembers even though they were supposed to get married a few days ago. In an angry gesture, Carla throws a pan in the sink. The noise reminds her of her argument with Jim over the photo of her as a teenager. Carla confesses to Jim that she remembers him.

The next day, Carla and Jim continue to cook together, much to the delight of Rose and Marc ( Stéphane Blancafort ). Later, Jim confesses to Bérénice that Carla will return to work to boost her memory. She will be supervised by Leroy and Coline ( Talina Boyaci ), Zoé ( Maïa Bringue ) and Jim will be there to help her. Jim apologizes to Bérénice for leaving her out of the project because of the tense situation between them. Constance’s sister understands his decision.

So, when she arrives in the kitchen, Carla hesitates to cook, but ends up giving in. Jim, Coline and Zoé are there to help her. Her muscle memory seems intact since she manages to perform the gestures well. Meanwhile, Bérénice confesses to Constance ( Sabine Perraud ) and Joséphine that she would have liked to be part of the brigade. Joséphine ( Lucie Flory ) criticizes Jim’s decision to exclude her from the project. Bérénice then asks her friend to go play detective to see how the service is going.

The service is a success, and Marc decides to take Carla into the dining room. The Double A’s customers applaud the young woman. Carla is touched and appreciates the moment. Later, she thanks Jim for everything he has done for her. Her memories haven’t returned, but her body remembers the kitchen gestures. Carla then decides to kiss Jim on the mouth! Joséphine discovers the scene from afar. She is in shock! So, does this kiss mean the definitive end of the Bérénice/Carla relationship?
