Here everything starts in advance: Gaspard resolves to the worst
Clotilde fears the worst with Alice for the festival.
Gaspard announces to Coline that he’s found a solution: she doesn’t want him to sacrifice himself like this. Gaspard is going to interview as a commis for a brasserie in La Grande Motte. But one of the teachers at the institute has discredited his application: it was Maya who sabotaged his interview at Eléonore’s request.
Gaspard can’t stomach Maya’s betrayal. However, Maya insists he accept the others’ help. She refuses to see him leave and snuggles into his arms.
Gaspard and Maya spend a moment together… but the young man discovers to his shock that it was Eléonore who manipulated Maya to ruin his interview and try to keep him there.
Meanwhile, the Double A brigade must work without a mentor. Enzo reassures Anouk and the other students – Jim, Cesar, Ninon, etc. – by asking them to follow the technical sheets. In the classroom, Clotilde and Enzo are experiencing real torture, fearing failure. Against all odds, the brigade comes out brilliantly.
Anouk takes risks at Double A, but it works.
Meanwhile, Joséphine is at her wit’s end with Ferdinand’s blackmail. She confides in Loup, unsure how to get rid of him.
Here it all begins October 1st: Loup tries to help Josephine
Clotilde is fed up with the app and its bugs. Loup offers his help and confesses to Joachim that with a simple tweak, he hopes to solve a personal problem. Loup reveals that he’s being harassed by someone…not to mention the Josephine/Ferdinand issue.
Maya doesn’t want Gaspard to leave the institute.
Loup ends up kicking Ferdinand out of the app group, but Ferdinand retaliates by threatening him: he has a compromising screenshot of Joséphine. Ultimately, he chooses to delete this evidence without saying anything.
Elsewhere, Alice prepares her desserts for the festival. Rigid and demanding, she imposes a strict order with tasting signs: sour, bitter, sweet… Nothing must escape her control. Clotilde is scared, but Marc reassures her that he will make sure everything goes well.
Maya and Gaspard fall for each other again.
That’s when Eléonore arrives at the farm, wobbly and injured. Gaspard wants to take her to the hospital, but she plays it down. She finally admits that men beat her. For more than three months, Eléonore hasn’t been able to pay for school. She borrowed money, racked up debts, and now must repay within a week, or face reprisals against Malo.
Cornered, Gaspard confides to Coline and Eléonore that there’s only one solution: embezzle the money from Alice’s festival to save Malo.
