Mona and Joël the end is approaching… he has decided to retire, the earthquake was a revelation. He wants to enjoy life. Joël has decided to leave for the West Indies, without really building a real project for the two of them with Mona. He is basically forcing her to leave. Mona does not see herself in a life stuck 24/7 to Joël without all his landmarks: Georges, his grandson Lucien. Mona loves her job at the Spoon. We quickly understand, Mona risks soon finding herself single, Georges but also Bart and Audrey risk picking her up with a teaspoon. Who will be Mona’s next sweetheart? Joking aside, will you miss Joël? … he was nice, but quite bland. His character has not really been developed since his arrival.
Soizic’s trial begins and already hostilities have taken place. Lou is determined to prove that what happened to Soizic/Martial wasn’t an accident… it was cold-blooded murder. Aurore is the first to take the stand: she’s manhandled by Raphaëlle, who basically shows her that she’s not that good, because she didn’t see anything in her colleague Michaël Feray. Lou is determined; she’s eating Raphaëlle. Adam and François are shocked when Lou talks about the 30 years in prison: this trial is going to be hell for them.
François in the visiting room at Soizic’s before the trial begins: he’s touching, he reassures her that everything will be fine. She hopes he’ll forgive her one day. Soizic tells him again that she loves him, but François says nothing. What does he really feel? If Soizic were free, would he decide to get back together with her? We doubt it…I think everyone will go their own way, even if they will always be linked by Adam. François is a real nice guy, coming to encourage his wife for the trial when she cheated on him with his best friend! He has courage.
Adam is a disaster, he crossed the red line by taking photos of Lou’s plea (he thus discovered that she wanted to plead premeditation). Adam told Maud about this burglary, Raphaëlle is also aware…she asked Adam to delete the photos. Not sure that it will be enough because Lou filed a complaint for the insurance in particular…but Karim will definitely dig and find the culprit. If Adam is unmasked, it will definitely harm Soizic. He risks being indicted.
