Jim apologizes to Berenice for the photo he posted of Carla . She tells him she doesn’t have the strength to be angry with him.
Carla is determined to return to Angers
The doctor gives Carla permission to return to Angers . Carla says, “I feel like a stranger in Calvières.” The doctor wants to do one last examination, and if everything is okay, Carla can leave tomorrow.
Teyssier called Clotilde : he found the perfect hotel , it would be nearby.
Clotilde and Stanislas decide to launch a selection of the best gourmet breakfast . The winner will be part of the first brigade of the training hotel .
Billie continues to give Ferdinand advice because he really needs it.
Billie tells Ferdinand that he should participate; it would be great training. Ferdinand asks Billie to participate , but she tells him that it’s not open to master’s students.
Rose has an idea to jog Carla’s memory . She offers to show Carla around the institute. Carla is drunk, everyone is staring at her… she feels like she’s being watched. Carla says she just wants to go home and be with her parents. Rose is hurt, but she copes.
Clotilde has good news from Teyssier
Rose asks her to just follow her to show her the kitchen, there won’t be anyone there… because the service is over. Carla runs into Jim , who is planning to make a recipe with mushrooms. Jim offers to give her a hand, and she accepts.
Carla feels good in the kitchen : she shows complicity with Jim. “Were we two friends?” Carla asks Jim. He replies that they are more like cats and dogs getting into mischief. Bérénice arrives in the kitchen , and the atmosphere immediately cools. Carla rejects Bérénice.

When Carla throws a pan in the sink , she suddenly remembers her argument with Jim about the photo of her as a teenager. Carla tells Jim that she remembers him .
Bérénice tries to re-establish dialogue with Carla but in vain.
Anouk has concocted a special monochrome Halloween dish . The students are paired up. Milan and Ninon find themselves together. Milan is pissed off: Ninon keeps giving him quotes from star chefs. Milan thinks Ninon is a pain in the ass around Tom and Gary.
Leonard suggests to Zoe that they get together for the breakfast pre-selections . A few minutes later, Ferdinand asks Leonard to sit with him , because little Lanneau is not up to the task. Leonard is disgusted.
Ferdinand doesn’t care about the scarf on the door : Gaspard and Maya wanted some privacy. Ferdinand offers Gaspard a deal : he’ll let him use the room twice a week in exchange for a favor. He wants Gaspard to convince Leonard to partner with him . Otherwise, he’ll report Maya to management if he sees her in the room again.
Carla regains her memory with Jim
Tom tells Ninon about Milan: “I think it’s beautiful that I didn’t judge him based on his past.” Tom says he has a heart of gold but is a bit hot-headed.
Tom tells her about Milan’s knife collection … and he hasn’t just cut onions.
Prison hasn’t stabilized her condition : Tom advises Ninon not to go against Milan , or she might get into trouble.
