Here It All Begins ahead of time: Louis says his goodbyes
Teyssier sets out to find investors for the training hotel.
Claire confesses to Anouk that she’s worried about Louis’s future, as he didn’t come home the day before. Anouk thinks this decision is the best he’s ever made.
Louis arrives and Anouk tells him he was brave. Louis tells his mother that he wants to leave to try to discover the best version of himself.
Claire, upset, tells Louis: “Never forget that I am your mother and that I will always love you, no matter what you have done or what you do.”
Coline tells Gaspard that Maya read the letter: he’s afraid he’s made a fool of himself. Coline tries to reassure him.
Enzo and Rose judge the students in the master’s degree competition.
Carla confides to Rose and Clotilde that she can’t bring herself to hate Louis, even out of solidarity with them.
She thinks this hatred could end up “eating them up.” Clotilde and Rose then decide to take a step toward him. Clotilde even made a phone call to Bordeaux, where a second-in-command position has just opened up in a restaurant.
Teyssier thanks Anouk for her loyalty. He continues his search for investors for the hotel, but he won’t be able to be very present at the institute. Constance asks him if he plans to take on Marc as his replacement. Teyssier has another idea.
Maya decides to break up with Malik.
Teyssier, with his usual frankness, decides to ask Clotilde to take over as director in his absence. Clotilde says she’s not interested.
Teyssier tells him: “Your passion in life is annoying me. You’re bossy, demanding, dedicated… this position is made for you, Clotilde.” Despite her reluctance, Clotilde finally accepts and becomes the institute’s interim director.

Marc pairs Malik and Gaspard: a complicated collaboration, watched helplessly by Maya. Léonard suspects there are real feelings between Maya and Gaspard and advocates honesty.
Maya confronts Gaspard: “Is what you wrote in the letter true?” But Gaspard is cold, leaving Maya lost in her feelings.

A farewell party is organized for Louis at the Double A with Claire, Olivia, Anouk, and Milan. Everyone toasts to Louis’s future… then Carla arrives, to everyone’s surprise. Louis thanks her for her support; thanks to her, he has hope that Rose and Clotilde will be able to forgive him one day.
