Carla is leaving the hospital , the Furiani think it would be good for her to spend the day with Rose to try to revive the memories.

Anaïs and Billie confide in Stanislas that Ferdinand stands out: he has an impressive level of theory. Billie hesitates because Ferdinand is an odious person. Stanislas suggests putting him on the schedule for lunch to test him: Billie accepts, even though she thinks the Double A is heading for disaster. Ferdinand impresses everyone with the flambéed omelet for the clients’ birthdays.

Ferdinand initially refuses the position of maître d’hôtel . He confides in Billie that it is not good enough for him, because he wants to prove to his father that he can be a chef and not just an executant. Finally, Ferdinand asks Billie to give him cooking lessons . She accepts.
When she gives him feedback, Ferdinand becomes stubborn . Billie tells him he’s scattered and doesn’t think ahead. Gradually, she agrees to coach him. Ferdinand finally accepts the job at Double A and admits that Billie was right: he really likes the department.
Carla discovers her relationship with Bérénice
Rose offers Carla a job cooking at Marc’s . Carla wants to look at the photos on her phone, but a strange fear holds her back. And suddenly, she discovers the text messages exchanged with Bérénice after the canceled wedding . Convinced that she has been rejected, Carla explodes with anger : when her father arrives, she tells Bérénice “get out, I never want to see you again.”
