The episodes open with a lighter, albeit superstitious, moment between Miran and Reyyan. Reyyan, eager to discover the gender of their unborn child, attempts old wives’ tales. First, she tries the “salt test,” where a pinch of salt on her head is supposed to make her nose itch for a boy or her chin for a girl. When only her scalp itches, she moves on to a “knife and scissors” game, asking Miran to hide them under cushions. If she sits on the cushion with scissors, it’s a girl; if it’s the knife, a boy. Miran, though skeptical, plays along, secretly hiding both under a rug, much to Reyyan’s humorous frustration when she finds only his sock. Annoyed, Reyyan threatens to go to the hospital for a definitive answer. Miran, however, has already done just that and joyfully reveals they’re having a boy! Reyyan, who had a strong feeling it would be a girl, laughs with Miran as he jokes about having to keep trying until they get their daughter.

The lightheartedness quickly dissipates as the police make a shocking discovery: Dilshah’s grave has been exhumed and found to be empty, with no evidence of a burial ever taking place. This immediately triggers a police investigation, and Miran is summoned to the station.

Meanwhile, at the Aslanbey mansion, Firat confronts Füsun with documents proving that he, as the son of Nihat and Esma, and therefore Füsun’s nephew, is the true and sole heir to the entire Aslanbey fortune. Füsun is utterly stunned, realizing all her machinations were for naught. Azize, observing Füsun’s dismay, takes pleasure in her enemy’s downfall, reminding her that she now has a “grandson” to carry on the Aslanbey name.
The shocking revelations continue as Miran bursts into the Aslanbey mansion, gun in hand, screaming at Azize and demanding to know why his mother’s grave is empty.
