Here, everything begins early: Clotilde makes a written confession

Constance goes to Singapore to join Théo, who has to manage his restaurant and is going through a breakup.

Teyssier tells Clotilde and Rose that Hector wanted Clotilde fired from the institute , but he refused.  Clotilde wants to resign , but Teyssier tells her: “The institute without you has no meaning.”

Andréa confronts Hector and Ismaël  : if they refuse to cooperate, they will lose the hotel, because Léon had too much debt. Hector explodes at his mother: “For 30 years you’ve been deciding my life, lying to me… today I’m saying stop. The hotel can burn down, I don’t give a damn.”

Billie tells Ferdinand  that forgiveness can’t be bought. She tells him she never wants to hear from him again: “You messed up, you deal with it.”

Bérénice thinks Josephine needs to give Fleur some space, but  Jo is afraid of losing her  as a friend. Meanwhile, Bérénice is working on the petit fours for the wedding.

Clotilde runs into Ismaël in the street  : she asks about Hector, because he hasn’t answered the phone. Ismaël coldly brushes her off.

Ferdinand decides to confess to Anouk  that the dish he presented at Double A wasn’t his own recipe. She thanks him for finally admitting the truth.

Carla and Bérénice meet for a romantic lunch at Jude’s counter. Carla has her packages delivered to the bistro to avoid Penelope’s comments about overconsumption.  Carla orders items for the wedding , and Bérénice confesses that she’s been working on the petit fours: their lunch turns into a debriefing session about the preparations.

Ismaël visits Léonard in his dorm room . He confides that he couldn’t stay at home because the atmosphere had become unbearable.  Ismaël utters a troubling phrase  : “I think I just want to close my eyes and stop thinking about anything.”

Here It All Begins November 17, 2025: Billie Gives Ferdinand a Chance

Anouk asks Billie if she wants her to pass on the information about Ferdinand.  Anouk thinks that Ferdinand isn’t a bad guy , but that he simply lacks self-confidence.

Clotilde arrives at the Hôtel Jourdain  to speak with Hector. She begs his forgiveness and confesses, “I was extremely cowardly. I know I’ve ruined your life.” Before leaving, she hands him a letter containing  her written confession . He can give it to the police, even though the statute of limitations has expired, or have it published to destroy her reputation.
Hector refuses to “pardon” her  : “Don’t try to redeem yourself like Augustus.”

Billie suggests to Ferdinand that they resume coaching . Since he confessed, she believes in second chances. Ferdinand solemnly promises: “From now on, I’ll behave myself.”

Carla proposes a winter wedding to Bérénice … this year! Bérénice admits it’s pure madness, but the two women finally decide to  get married at Christmas .

Clotilde is at the wheel,  in tears on the phone with Joachim . She confides in him that she can’t take it anymore and that the confrontation with Hector was very difficult.

Hector refuses to read the letter , but Jeanne discovers it and decides to read it. Clotilde recounts the whole affair in a text filled with remorse.
Meanwhile,  Clotilde drives to the institute , overwhelmed by emotion. Her tears blur her vision… When suddenly, a truck appears in front of her.  Tragedy strikes: a terrible accident occurs .
