Ismaël (Morgan Jallu) is finally ready to reveal the whole truth to Léonard (Thomas Vilan) in Here It All Begins! Since the young man’s arrival at the Auguste Armand Institute, their relationship has been decidedly tumultuous. While they had kissed this summer during the competition held at the Castelmont school, things quickly deteriorated between them.

Ismaël did indeed arrive with Bianca (Alexandra Ferreira), his girlfriend. Their long-term relationship completely threw Léonard for a loop, as he knew nothing about it. Even worse, when Maya’s (Alexandra Favalli) best friend tried to talk to him about it, he became completely defensive and didn’t hesitate to tell him that their kiss had disgusted him.

However, Ismaël finds it very difficult to stay away from Léonard. Constantly playing hot and cold with him, the young man succumbed to temptation by kissing him again in the institute’s kitchens. To make matters worse, Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) forces them to work together at the Hôtel Jourdain, which belongs to Ismaël’s family.

However, this forced closeness will allow Ismaël to open up to Léonard, as seen in a new clip released by TF1. More moved than ever, Jeanne’s (Aurélie Vaneck) son speaks about his homosexuality for the first time. He explains that he knew from a very young age that he was attracted to boys and that he even dated someone named Alan.

But when his grandfather learned the truth, he told him it wasn’t possible and that he was going to have an unhappy life, like everyone else who was like him. So he pretended to be straight and started dating Bianca. However, his meeting with Leonard changed everything:  “When I kissed you at Castelmont, it was one of the best days of my life!”

“I finally told myself I was ready, that I was going to go back to my grandfather to tell him that no, actually, I’m still not straight, and too bad if he took it badly. He died two days later. He died of a heart attack.”  These revelations deeply affected Leonard, who took her hand.
