The past few days have been  particularly tough  for Ambre Dol. The single mother, who rose to fame in season 3 of TF1’s reality show,  Familles Nombreuses: la vie en XXL (Large Families: Life in XXL ), is forced to juggle the hospitalization of one of her children, as well as her household and professional life. This  grueling pace is taking a heavy toll on her morale.

In early November, Ambre Dol revealed to her community of 314,000 followers that one of her children had been hospitalized.  While the mother chose to keep the child’s identity private, she did open up about how difficult it was for her to stay positive. “ End of the night shift. I stayed a little longer to discuss my baby’s care. I’m leaving one of my children to go back to the others.  I’m exhausted . (…) But I will always be strong, and even if I sometimes cry for hours without being able to stop, I always find  the most beautiful reason to smile again: them .” A nurse at the hospital where her child is being treated, the mother is working countless hours. And this grueling schedule is taking its toll on her Instagram account.

Ambre Dol publishes an apology message

Following her child’s health problems, Ambre Dol has been somewhat  absent from social media.  Or at least, her Instagram account. This Wednesday, November 5th, she wanted to apologize to her community in a particularly touching message: “ A quick message to apologize… ” before trying to put things into perspective: “ As you know, things are a little complicated right now, but no worries,  I’m moving forward, we’re moving forward, and we’re facing this together! ” The single mother, who has proven her courage time and again, still took the time to reassure her followers: “ However, I’m only replying to a few of your messages, but I try to read everything. Sometimes I send you a little emoji to thank you… Please take this emoji as  a thank you for your daily support .” A message full of resilience, which will surely warm the hearts of her most loyal followers!
