Here, everything starts early: Clotilde allies herself with Andrea

Andréa and Clotilde  meet at the marshes: Clotilde confides in her that she absolutely must prevent the project from being signed. The children think they have the upper hand, but  Andréa is preparing a secret plan . Clotilde reveals that her father nicknamed her  “the snake,” a nickname heavy with meaning. Andréa explains that if trust  is broken between the two sides , the collaboration will fail. A risky alliance is forged, ready to shake Teyssier to his core.

Coline  helps César in the kitchen, but the path is fraught with difficulties. He struggles to read the handwriting on his notes. She decides to type them out on the computer.  Gaspard  considers César a lost cause. However, Coline discovers a text message full of mistakes and deduces that he is  dyslexic . César admits it. Touched, Coline reminds him that this in no way diminishes his intelligence. Thanks to her, he perseveres and finally succeeds  with his fifteenth batch: perfect éclairs . Coline has won her bet, proving that true talent isn’t measured by words.

Clotilde apologizes to Teyssier and Rose  for her outburst  . She insists she wants the best for the institute, praising the beauty of the new training hotel. But behind her apology, a strategy is taking shape: Clotilde wants  the institute to be protected legally and commercially . She also demands that the establishment be called  “Hôtel Armand .” Otherwise, she threatens to block the project.

Here It All Begins November 6, 2025: Teyssier in Big Trouble

Andréa  baked a cake for  Ismaël and Bianca’s afternoon snack (she’s very fond of Bianca, whom she considers part of the family). While chatting, she asks Ismaël about Teyssier, and he admits that he’s a chef with big ambitions for his school.

But the calm doesn’t last:  Ismaël and Bianca discover a document left behind by Clotilde  (deliberately?) – the trademark registration for the Hôtel Armand . Ismaël wants to warn  Jeanne , his mother, fearing his grandmother’s anger if she finds out.

Meanwhile,  Teyssier  reminds the students that there is only one month left before the exams.  Ferdinand  is still struggling to reach the required level.

During one of Anouk’s cooking classes, he creates a remarkable dish, but  Gaspard discovers he plagiarized Billie . Gaspard takes it a step further, saying Ferdinand’s dish deserves to be featured at Double A. Anouk goes to talk to Anaïs about it… Ferdinand is in deep trouble.

A few hours later,  Jeanne and Hector  burst into Teyssier’s office with the trademark application. Enraged,  Teyssier tore up the document  : the hotel’s name was of no importance to him.

At the Jourdain hotel , four students are cooking for a full-scale test.  Hector  doubts his ability to train, but Teyssier offers him  Clotilde as support .

Later,  Teyssier confronts Clotilde  and realizes she tried to  sabotage the partnership . Clotilde refuses to work with Hector and withdraws from the hotel’s training brigade.

Loup  notices Clotilde’s distress and tells her she can talk to him if she wants. She has  tears in her eyes  but tells him everything is alright.

Later, she flips through an old  Armand/Jourdain photo album  : one picture shows her alongside Hector in 1992.
Were they a couple? The past resurfaces…
