Coming up soon  on TF1’s “Here It All Begins ,” Teyssier ( Benjamin Baroche ) catches Clotilde ( Elsa Lunghini ) off guard. He asks Léonard ( Thomas Vilan ) and Zoé ( Maïa Bringue ) to take over the Double A restaurant. They have three hours to create a brunch menu, under the supervision of Chef Armand. She doesn’t understand and asks for an explanation privately. 

Emmanuel explains to Clotilde that the owners of the hotel he wants to acquire for the Institute are reluctant to sell. He therefore has a strategy in mind to win them over. Then, Teyssier calls out to Ismaël ( Morgan Jallu ). Ismaël is the son of Jeanne Jourdain, who is handling the sale of the hotel. Following Constance’s revelations the previous day, the director wants to use the student to achieve his goals.

Teyssier explains to Ismaël that he has a second chance to join the hotel’s security team. He orders him to join the team and call his mother to come to the Double A. Ismaël fears that Emmanuel will reveal his kiss with Léonard and obeys. Constance ( Sabine Perraud ) disapproves of her husband’s methods. But he has no choice if he wants to buy the Jourdain Hotel.

Later, Teyssier meets Jeanne Jourdain ( Aurélie Vaneck ) at the Double A. She is hesitant and doesn’t appreciate his methods. She eventually agrees to brunch. Emmanuel then begins discussions. He doesn’t want to buy the Jourdain hotel, but rather partner with the Institute. Jeanne is intrigued by the menu and considers his proposal. She emphasizes that she isn’t the only one making the decision: her mother and brother are also involved.

Meanwhile, Clotilde overheard Teyssier and Jeanne’s conversation. She was upset after hearing the name Jourdain. After brunch, she finally revealed to Emmanuel that she didn’t want to do business with the Jourdains. In the past, Léon Jourdain, who died this summer, betrayed Auguste Armand ( Francis Huster ) by buying the hotel behind their backs. The founder of the Institute had already considered this project at the time, but abandoned it after this betrayal.

Rose ( Vanessa Demouy ) was unaware of this situation. Clotilde wants to find a place far away from the Jourdains. Teyssier is understanding. Then, Emmanuel meets Jeanne in front of the hotel. She is intrigued by the idea of ​​the partnership, but must convince her mother and her brother, Hector, which will not be an easy task. Hector ( Guillaume Cramoisan ) can tip the scales since he and Jeanne own two-thirds of the shares. Andréa ( Marie-Christine Adam ), their mother, would therefore have no choice but to give in.

Teyssier hopes this will work, but he receives a message from Clotilde:  “Thank you for understanding my position. You are preserving my father’s honor by staying away from these people. I will not forget it.”  Emmanuel seems determined to finalize this partnership nonetheless. Thus, it is an incredible betrayal by Teyssier towards Clotilde. Her past will soon resurface in front of the Jourdains…
