The Jourdain family arrives in Here It All Begins this Monday, November 3, 2025 on TF1. New characters arrive with their training hotel, allowing students of the Auguste Armand Institute to learn the different professions in the hospitality industry… And surprise, it’s Ismaël’s family (Morgan Jallu reveals more about what awaits his character)!

Who are the Jordans, really?

But in a TV series, new characters also mean new secrets! So, what is this mysterious clan hiding? On the set of the sumptuous Hôtel Jourdain, AlloCiné spoke with Aurélie Vaneck (Jeanne), Narcisse Mame (Denis) and Guillaume Cramoisan (Hector).

Speaking to us, they reveal information about the hidden motivations of their characters. Narcisse Mame explains: “ Denis is Ismaël’s father. He’s a very positive person, and he’s keen to resolve all conflicts and ensure healthy relationships between people. ”

“ There is, however, a secret that will come out with the Jourdains and it will create quite a few conflicts! (laughs) This partnership is strategic for the Auguste Armand Institute but especially for the Jourdains. They want to secure the future of their hotel, so there will be important decisions to make and many differences of opinion will arise as a result ,” warns the former star of Je te promets.

“There are knots everywhere in the secret of the Jordans”

“ Our characters are interacting mainly with Teyssier, Rose, and Clotilde at the moment ,” reveals Aurélie Vaneck (Plus belle la vie).  “But there are also the students from the school, of course, since there’s this partnership project between the two schools…”

“ The reception given to the Jourdains will really depend on the characters ,” adds Guillaume Cramoisan (Les Invisibles). “  The relationships between them are not equal. In any case, some welcome us with open arms, but we have to be careful (laughs) because that doesn’t necessarily mean that things will go well!”

He teases us further:  “There are knots everywhere in the Jourdain secret… It’s a big family secret that is directly linked to the Auguste Armand Institute. ” So, what surprises does Ismaël’s family have in store for us?
