to Us, Charles has been confronted with his past, while an SD card containing proof of his guilt in the deaths of Alban Ferret and Laure Contentin has recently resurfaced. Desperate to find this object, the existence of which he was previously unaware, the young man is facing prison more than ever, a prison sentence he has so far avoided thanks to the complicity of his mother, Philippine, for murdering his two business partners, whom he met when he started smuggling jewelry after his restaurant in Greece went bankrupt. Consumed by guilt and under the influence of drugs, he nevertheless told Valentine the whole truth. But what about his sister, Violet?\
For the moment, the young woman “has absolutely no idea what her brother and mother could have done,” her portrayer, actress Salomé Benitha, told our colleagues at Allociné. However, she specifies that “despite herself,” Violette “is going to get Charles into a bit of a mess,” but also, “put her mother and brother through a rollercoaster of negative emotions.” “It’s possible that there will be real upheavals in the family dynamic. Charles and Philippine could fall in Violette’s estimation,” she added. For now, while we don’t know what these upcoming developments hold for the Julliard family, and when Violette might discover her brother’s past, one thing is certain for Salomé Benitha: it will be difficult for her to accept. “Her brother had already lied to her about two or three little things, and she had really taken it badly. Now, Violette is 10,000 leagues away from imagining that her brother could have killed someone and that her mother covered for him,” she believes.

For the actress, there’s no doubt that Charles’s secret will “break Violette’s heart,” and “is really likely to turn everything upside down and call everything into question.” “She lives with murderers, in fact. Violette is kind of justice incarnate; she hates lies. She’s been lied to her whole life; she has real trauma because of it. She’s going to feel deeply betrayed. This is going to lead to major tensions and major dilemmas as well, since Charles is her confidant,” emphasizes Salomé Benitha, who specifies that her character “has a lot of affection” for Charles, “different from the affection she has for Damien.” The revelation of her brother’s secret is therefore likely to come as a real shock to her…
