Carla is determined to prove to Bérénice that their marriage truly matters  and that she’s doing well.  Rose thinks the letter is pointless  and insists that Carla eat her breakfast. It’s at this moment that  Bérénice arrives at the salt marshes .

Gaspard stole Stanislas’s shirt  after getting it dirty, and he also takes Angèle’s mug at breakfast. Exasperated,  Angèle can’t take it anymore  : Gaspard has become unbearable. She wants him to leave the farm, and Coline promises to talk to her about it.

Carla confides in Bérénice  that she’s going to find another way to lose weight and vows to avoid Petrovac.  Bérénice promises her they’ll get married , but only when she’s feeling better. Bérénice thinks she should see a therapist for help, but  Carla flatly refuses .

In a tense moment,  Carla returns the ring to Bérénice  , telling her that if she regrets this marriage proposal, she is making things easier for her.

Anouk launches an unexpected culinary challenge  : she wants an ugly dish that tastes good, and asks the students to cook “the best Rossini of your life.” Milan is delighted with this instruction and, in fact, delivers a fantastic result.

Coline confides in Angèle  that Carla suffers from body dysmorphic disorder. She feels guilty for having rejected her, realizing that the word “fat” does not have the same meaning for her and Carla.

Claire notices that Carla isn’t feeling well  during class. She tells her she’s aware of her eating disorder. Carla denies having an eating disorder, claiming she simply went on a diet that worried her mother. During Claire’s class,  Carla refuses to taste the carpaccio  she and Malik have made, feels unwell, and abruptly leaves the room to  inject herself with Petrovac .

Bianca bumps into Carla  and knocks her Petrovac injector to the ground, revealing aloud what she saw. Claire tries to calm the situation, but  Jim intervenes violently and tells Bianca to “shut up” .

Meanwhile,  Gaspard learns he’s been kicked out of the farm . He takes it surprisingly well and tries to negotiate a new room with Duchesnay, but Penelope and Billie’s room has already been reassigned. Stanislas then suggests he share a room with Ferdinand, ironically pointing out that they have one thing in common:  “nobody wants to live with them . “

Bérénice, consumed by guilt  for having called off the wedding, fears she has made things worse. She confides in Constance and Carla. Just then,  Jim bursts in, panicked , to ask if they have seen Carla: an incident occurred during Guinot’s class, and she has been missing ever since.

In Carla’s knife case,  they discover a terrifying notebook  where she meticulously records everything she eats, down to the gram. She has been starving herself for days.  Bérénice collapses, realizing  she hadn’t seen it coming.  Constance, worried, has investigated the side effects of Petrovac  and finds them utterly terrifying.

Rose and Bérénice set out to find Carla  using her phone’s geolocation, in the salt marshes. When they find her, Rose immediately calls for help while  Bérénice desperately tries to reassure her . But the shock is immense:  Carla has lost her memory . She no longer recognizes Bérénice and says, distraught, “Who are you? I don’t know you.”
