Here, everything starts early: Fleur decides to take a step back

Anaïs leaves the Double A to Léonard and Zoé:  Teyssier asks them to create a brunch menu . Clotilde will oversee them.  Teyssier explains to Clotilde that this is a strategy to win over the owners,  as they are not very keen to sell.

Enzo summons Tom and Julia to his office. He agrees to  take sole charge , but warns them: he expects perfection. Solal, exasperated, can no longer tolerate Tom’s self-appointed second-in-command. Enzo tells him that  if Tom makes another mistake, he’ll be kicked out of the master’s program . Solal and Julia want to strangle him 99% of the time, but admit he doesn’t deserve to be dismissed.

Teyssier asks Ismaël to join the Double A team  for brunch. He also demands that  his mother come to lunch at the restaurant , reserving a table in her name. “That’s an order,” he tells him, leaving Ismaël no choice.

Josephine tries to calm things down with Fleur: she admits to having reacted impulsively the day before.

Meanwhile,  Teyssier is waiting for Jeanne Jourdain at the Double A. He suggests brunch and “a little chat.” Jeanne agrees to sit down.  Teyssier reveals that he no longer wants to buy the Jourdain hotel; he now wants a partnership, a close collaboration. Jeanne, impressed by the menu, reminds him that the decision is made by three people.

During Alice’s class,  the duo Josephine and Wolf get an 18/20 , while Fleur and César only get an 8/20. Fleur bursts into tears… before claiming a pollen allergy.

Solal confesses to Julia that it was  the worst shift of his life . Julia offers her help, and Tom finally agrees. Enzo, pleased with the result, congratulates them at the end of the shift. He admits that  the threat of dismissal was just a test .

Later,  Josephine finds Fleur crying in the  institute’s garden. Fleur admits that the closeness between Jo and Loup still affects her. She announces that she wants to  take a step back to refocus . Josephine admires her maturity.
Fortunately,  Fleur finds comfort with Lionel  : they laugh together, brainstorming wacky ideas for the student union.

Clotilde opposes Teyssier . She refuses to do business with the Jourdains, whom she considers unreliable. She recounts how  Léon Jourdain betrayed Auguste  by buying the hotel behind his back, forcing his father to abandon the project. Clotilde wants to find another location, far from the Jourdains.

Meanwhile,  Jeanne summons Teyssier . She admits that she likes the idea of ​​a partnership, but that she’ll have to convince her mother and brother. She challenges him:  convincing Hector, her brother, would be the key . Because if Hector agrees, there’s no need to convince Andréa: he and Jeanne already own two-thirds of the shares.
