Is Carla out of the woods as she claims in Here It All Begins? While Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) has a new rival, the young woman played by Aaricia Lemaire suffers from eating disorders linked to body dysmorphia. Weakened and irritable for days, she worries those close to her, who decide to take action.

Carla sinks
Bérénice (Bérénice Tannenberg) returns to the Auguste Armand Institute urgently to help the one she loves. But Contance’s little sister (Sabine Perraud) has a surprise: she proposes to Carla, and she accepts! The girls get engaged, and their happiness is complete.
But this joy is fleeting… In the Monday, October 20, 2025 episode of Here It All Begins, we discover that Carla is still struggling. While she’s already trying on wedding dresses, she gets carried away because she thinks she’s too fat and secretly goes to inject herself with a product supposed to help her lose weight.
On Tuesday, October 21st in the soap opera, the descent into hell continues… Carla is more than ever in denial and is dangerously putting her health at risk. Constance has no choice but to explain everything to Rose (Vanessa Demouy) and Bérénice despite the medical confidentiality that binds her. The latter then declares that this union will not take place until Carla is better.
Berenice’s pressure
Will this be an electroshock for Carla? In an interview with Télé-Loisirs, Bérénice Tannenberg discusses the couple’s future and this famous wedding! The actress who plays Bérénice says: ” My character is shocked by Carla’s behavior towards Joséphine [ Lucie Flory , editor’s note]. She is a loyal person and her friends should not be touched. From then on, she will break up. “
The actress adds: “ Bérénice is especially afraid of no longer recognizing her partner. It’s quite frightening to see someone change without understanding why! [Nevertheless, editor’s note] since the beginning of their relationship, love always ends up triumphing. ”
“ In what form? Everything will depend on what happens next… But it’s clear that the feelings that unite them have accompanied them, carried them, and brought them together each time ,” concludes Bérénice Tannenberg. So, will our heroines succeed in overcoming this ordeal? Will Carla finally get back on her feet? Nothing is less certain!
