Louis reveals a dark secret of Clotilde’s
At the Institute, Teyssier reminds Louis that he should be leaving now that the competition is over. But the young man fully intends to stay until the results are announced.
A little later, all the candidates and the jury gather in the amphitheater. Teyssier first announces the top three: Loup, Bianca, and Joséphine. Then, among the selected candidates are Ninon, Fleur, César, and Ferdinand.
Once the results are announced, Clotilde asks Louis to leave, as agreed. She adds that he will never feel at home at the Institute and that he will never be an Armand, emphasizing that their father never recognized him.
Back home, Teyssier apologizes to Constance for failing to get Ferdinand out. She promises she’ll take it upon herself and limit her interactions with him, while her husband assures her he’ll fire him at the slightest misstep.
Meanwhile, Anouk tries to help Louis see the positive side of the situation by encouraging him to make a fresh start. But the young man refuses this option. He wants what he feels he’s owed, annoyed at always having to take it all in stride from Rose and Clotilde.
Louis goes to Teyssier’s office to reveal a secret he learned from his mother: in 2021, Chef Simoni didn’t die accidentally. Louis says the chef got into a fight with Jérémy and that the latter pushed him down the stairs. Afterward, Clotilde covered it up to protect her son.
So, Louis feels he has no moral lessons to learn from Clotilde, who is just as criminal as he is. He then blackmails Teyssier: either he takes back his teaching position, or he denounces Clotilde and Jérémy…
Gary Bet on the Wrong Horse
At the amphitheater, Thelma sends messages to Gary, who is in the boarding school foyer, to announce the selected candidates and find out who won the bets. Upon learning that Bianca is in the top three, Gary is disgusted that he changed his vote. He suspects Gaspard of deliberately making him doubt his decision.
So Gary goes to confront him in the park. Gaspard retorts that he doesn’t win anything either because he voted for Ninon, while Loup came out top of the competition. At the same time, Joachim hears them talking about the bets. He promises Gary he won’t tell Clotilde anything, provided Loup is exempt from washing dishes all year.
Later, at the Coffee Shop party, Gaspard congratulates Ninon. She admits he was right about her cards and thanks him for being a good friend.
Fleur organizes a prank
After being admitted to the Institute, Joséphine, Fleur, and Ninon hang out together in the park. Fleur suggests they play a prank to make an impression. They go to Double A and try to find funny shapes for napkins. Ninon manages to make one in the shape of a penis. Suddenly, Stanislas enters the restaurant. Fleur saves everyone’s day by making the teacher believe she’s practicing serving because her hands tend to sweat when she’s stressed.
Afterward, the three girls go to the Coffee Shop party. Joséphine admires Fleur’s acting talent, which made Stanislas believe anything. Ninon, for her part, admits that she doesn’t want to play pranks anymore. At the same time, Loup joins the girls, and Joséphine introduces him to Fleur, who thinks he’s hot.
