The Mysteries of Love (Spoiler): Nicolas cheats on Hélène with Ingrid

In the twenty-fourth episode of season 36 ofThe Mysteries of Love, broadcast on Sunday, July 13, 2025 on TMC, Nicolas (Patrick Puydebat) is in the car with Ingrid (Carole Dechantre). The latter admits that she would have liked to accompany him to take the children to school the day before. She missed it.

Nicolas points out that she was too busy with Audrey (Audrey Moore). Ingrid acknowledges this, but adds that she came to see him because she misses him so much! Nicolas, a bit jealous, points out that she seems to miss Étienne too. As a reminder, he now knows about their affair. Ingrid explains that it was Audrey who fell for Étienne.

But Nicolas makes it clear to his ex that he knows she’s also fallen for Étienne (David Proux). Ingrid denies having a relationship and thinks Nicolas is making a scene out of jealousy. But Hélène’s husband finally admits he knows about her affair with Étienne. Ingrid continues to play dumb, but understands that Nicolas is jealous.

She’s happy to see him jealous, but Nicolas defends himself. Ingrid knows very well that if Nicolas weren’t jealous, he wouldn’t have said anything. Then, Ingrid finally tells him the truth: she slept with Étienne because she was too turned on by Nicolas and wanted to make him jealous. She insists she doesn’t care about Étienne; it’s Nicolas she wants.

Nicolas reminds him that he’s married and faithful, but Ingrid emphasizes that she doesn’t want him to leave Hélène. She just wants to have a secret relationship and make love with him from time to time. She promises that no one will know. Later, Nicolas takes Ingrid home. She encourages him to go through with it, but Nicolas is hesitant.

Ingrid reminds him of memories from their relationship. They hug and talk about their first time. Ingrid and Nicolas end up kissing! They’re about to make love… So, this time, Nicolas seems to be cheating on Hélène (Hélène Rollès) for good with Ingrid.

The Mysteries of Love can be found every Sunday at 8 p.m. on TMC. The July 13, 2025 episode will exceptionally air at 7:40 p.m.
