Eleanor manipulates everyone

At the Atelier, Alice asks Malo’s opinion on her desserts. He finds there are too many textures. At the same time, Maya arrives, delighted to see that Gaspard hasn’t left the Institute. The young man claims to have found a solution for his brother and takes the opportunity to present it to her.

For her part, Alice decides to add three desserts with three different textures to her concept. Marc isn’t reassured by the creation of this new stand the day before the festival. She then goes to the shared apartment in the marshes to explain to Carla that it’s not the right time to add Armand to her last name. The young girl makes her mother believe that she doesn’t care at all, even though she’s deeply hurt.

In class, Clotilde sympathizes with Carla’s disappointment about the name change. Once again, she pretends she’s taking it very well. But she’s on edge and ends up arguing with Zoé in front of everyone.

Carla abruptly leaves the kitchen. Bérénice finds her in the park in tears. Carla tells her that Rose feels it’s not the right time to add Armand to her last name, which makes her feel unworthy.
