AlloCiné had the opportunity to meet with the producer of “Here It All Begins,” Eglantine Sofianos. She revealed to us that Alice and Gaëtan could soon be expecting a happy event!
A baby on the way at the Auguste Armand Institute? In Here It All Begins, while Malik (Oscar Al Hafiane) discovers what he feared most about Maya (Alexandra Favalli) and Gaspard (Maxim Anciaux), one of the cooking school’s star couples could soon be starting a family!
“A surprising and explosive couple”
Eglantine Sofianos, producer of the TF1 soap opera, spoke with AlloCiné during the 2025 La Rochelle Fiction Festival and revealed some details about this upcoming plot… But which characters from the hit TV series are affected by this potentially huge upheaval?
It’s Alice (Noémie Zeitoun) and Gaëtan (Terence Telle)! Speaking to us, Eglantine Sofianos indicated that the characters could indeed take their relationship to the next level…
The producer first explained that she decided to abandon the idea of Alice and Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau) forming a couple because, according to her, the latter’s union with the sports teacher is much more surprising:
“The Alice/Gaëtan pairing is even more surprising and explosive! Gaëtan’s Cartesian side and Alice’s dreamy side work really well together. They are different, but you can feel that they love each other very much (…)”
A baby for Alice and Gaëtan?
Eglantine Sofianos then declares: “We still want to shake up this couple. Thoughts about having a child will arise for them. We said to ourselves: ‘Can you imagine, Alice as a mother, what could that lead to?’ (laughs) ‘What does that create in a couple from the moment one of them wants to start a family and the other doesn’t?'”
So, does this mean that Alice will indeed get pregnant? Stay tuned for more on Here It All Begins, broadcast Monday to Friday from 6:30 p.m. on TF1. The series is also available on replay or in advance on the TF1+ platform.
