Soizic is having trouble sleeping, reliving her last moments with Martial in a disturbing dream. It’s the day of the trial, and she’s overwhelmed by the stress of the ordeal that awaits her.
Joel and Mona are about to break up.
Lou files a complaint with Karim about the mysterious spy: he was of average height, rather young, wearing black jeans and a black sweatshirt. Strangely, nothing was stolen. Lou mainly came for the insurance. Karim admits there isn’t much they can do.
Bart confides in Sara that Erica is a free spirit, a bit provocative, but that’s precisely what makes her irresistible. Sara quickly realizes that Bart is in love.

François comes to see Soizic in the visiting room to reassure her, promising her that everything will be fine and that she shouldn’t doubt. Soizic confides in him that she will never forgive herself for what she put him through. In a moment of intense emotion, Soizic tells François “I love you, don’t forget that.”
Adam confides in Maud about his disturbing act: he took photos of the drafts in Lou’s plea. RaphaĂ«lle arrives at that moment and learns this shocking truth… Adam reveals to her that Lou will be pleading premeditation, which isn’t exactly a scoop for her. RaphaĂ«lle firmly asks him to delete these compromising photos.
François, shocked by Lou’s statements
Mona and JoĂ«l have a heated argument over the retirement plan. Mona tells him he has nothing to impose on her. JoĂ«l has retired and is going to live in the West Indies. Mona categorically refuses to laze around the beach 24/7! Bart and Aurore try to convince Mona that it can be beneficial to retire while you’re still fit, to enjoy it more. Mona doesn’t see it that way…

Soizic Vernet’s trial at the Assize Court begins: in the tense audience, Alain, François, Adam and Gloria are present to support her.
Aurore testifies at the trial because she handled this delicate investigation with Michaël Feray.  Raphaëlle pleads with conviction.
Adam is afraid for his mother, the trial starts badly
Bastien goes to Lilou’s farewell party: MĂ©lody and Georges don’t dare say no to him or upset him!
Sylvain, a juror at Soizic’s trial,
Erica asks Marceau to be nice; she’d like them to have a drink with Bart. Erica really wants Marceau to make an effort. Roxane, Sara, and Enora arrive at the Spoon… Erica warmly encourages them to join her. But Roxane is closed off, she’s totally out of it!
Marceau cruelly spoils the mood, revealing that Erica has always hated cops. The atmosphere becomes heavy and gloomy.
Bart and Audrey realize that Mona is determined not to follow Joel
Martin angrily confronts RaphaĂ«lle: “Why is she smearing her colleagues?” He doesn’t appreciate at all that she made Aurore look incapable by claiming she’s unreliable because she wasn’t able to see who MichaĂ«l Feray really was. RaphaĂ«lle curtly asks Martin not to interfere in his defense strategy; she doesn’t interfere in his investigations.
Tensions explode in the couple.
Violette and Bastien join Lilou for a picnic and their last evening together before she leaves. Bastien absolutely has to get home before midnight.
The twist arrives: Soizic had her tires changed the day after the accident to avoid any connection with the tragedy. Lou believes that Soizic has disguised the evidence.
For Lou, it was a cold-blooded murder and not an accident, punishable by 30 years in prison. It’s total panic for Soizic, but also for the entire Lehaut family.
