Monday, September 22 in Tomorrow belongs to us…
Adam enters Lou’s office. At the office, Soraya has finalized Soizic’s case just in time. Raphaëlle then announces that she wants her to assist her during the trial. This is obviously an honor and a real opportunity for Soraya, who is notably responsible for coaching Soizic to answer Maître Clément’s questions.
In the visiting room, Raphaëlle and Soraya brief Soizic, advising her above all to remain as neutral as possible during the trial. They remind her that at best they can expect a prison sentence of 3 or 4 years for manslaughter. With that, Soraya coaches Soizic by putting herself in the shoes of Maître Clément. She pushes her to the limit on purpose. Soizic falls into the trap before pulling herself together.
Later, Raphaëlle summons François and Adam to remind them that they must keep a cool head during the trial. Adam can’t help but reveal that he heard Lou say that her mother didn’t stand a chance. Raphaëlle insists it’s a bluff. But Adam fears that Maître Clément has new information they’re not aware of.
At the Spoon, Lou runs into Victor and tells him about the trial awaiting her. She confides that she intends to reclassify Martial Toselo’s murder as premeditated murder. Victor is certain she’ll succeed. Meanwhile, Sylvain receives a letter informing him that he’s been selected as a juror for the trial.
Later, while at Spoon with Gloria, Adam overhears Audrey and Mona arguing about his mother’s case. He loses his temper and yells at them, accusing them of judging Soizic without really knowing her.
Informed of the situation, François begs his son to remain calm, especially when they are in court. Adam admits that he can’t bear being powerless. François points out that things are now in the hands of the lawyers and that there is nothing more they can do to help Soizic.
But Adam can’t bring himself to do it. That evening, wearing a black hoodie, he goes to Maître Clément’s office, which sets off the security alarm. As Lou is about to enter the building, he storms out and runs as fast as he can down the street…

During dinner, Sara and Roxane meet Erica. They get along well, at least until Erica starts smoking. This annoys Roxane.
At bedtime, while Sara is very happy for Bart, Roxane has changed her mind about Erica and no longer likes her at all.
Is Samuel in love with Victoire?
Back from their weekend in Marrakech, Victoire and Fred offer Samuel and Ellie a box of Moroccan cakes. Once the couple leaves, Ellie tries to open her brother’s eyes to how he really feels about Victoire. But Samuel continues to insist that she’s just a friend.
Later, Samuel walks in on William and Aurore about to make love. He gives them free rein and decides to meet Marine for a walk outside. He then suggests they go on a weekend trip to Barcelona, which she gladly accepts.
That evening, Ellie suspects her brother of organizing this weekend with Marine only to repress what he really feels towards Victoire.
